- An interview will be conducted by your Accreditation Assistant to obtain all necessary information
- Accreditation Assistant enters necessary information into the NASI program for customization
- Your Accreditation Assistant will help you set up your computer for the NASI program
- You will be trained to use the computer functions necessary for the post-accreditation Monitoring Program
- Your Accreditation Assistant will review your Policies & Procedures Manual to make sure you understand how to put them into practice
Via On-Site
- Your facility can be ready for an accreditation survey within 4 to 6 days
- You receive all the same benefits included with the Teleconferencing method above, except your Accreditation Assistant will be live and in person to work with you side-by-side
