PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Don’t let time run out worrying about how to handle Accreditation for your practice!  NASI has teamed with Quality Outcomes and ABCOPP (American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics) to create the NASI Turn-Key Accreditation Program that is an easy to use, cost-effective TOTAL SOLUTION for the entire accreditation process. 

The NASI Turn-Key Accreditation Program provides:

Complete Instructions on Preparation — Step-by-step instructions on how to prepare for accreditation and how to meet the CMS Standards.

Three-Year User Software License — Software contains the standards, policies, procedures, patient handouts and forms required for accreditation and allows them to be customized. All patient handouts are in both English and Spanish. Auto-updates for three years.

Tracking — This unique feature of the software allows NASI to track the preparation and on-going compliance of each podiatry client via its ability to query any aspect of the program. Clients may also access this feature to monitor their own progress.

Accreditation Specialist — A NASI Accreditation Specialist is assigned to each client to answer specific questions utilizing the software, help prepare and maintain accreditation, track deadlines and review any customizations to make certain they meet CMS standards.

On-going Monitoring for Three Year Accreditation Period—the Accreditation Specialist monitors the on-going compliance of the practice making re-accreditation easy. They send out alerts and reminders when specific tasks or required audits are due and verify completion throughout the entire three year accreditation period.

Program cost includes services of Quality Outcomes and Accreditation by ABCOPP (American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics).

CMS requires a Performance Plan be in place to measure the effectiveness and efficiency in meeting goals, compliance with the policies and procedures and all law requirements for Accreditation. 

Quality Outcomes provides a practical plan that is tailored to your organization.  This plan is consistent between all clients and allows Quality Outcomes to establish a baseline of what to expect for patient care.  The baselines are then used as a tool for clients to benchmark its performance.  Reports are provided to the clients to     evaluate their performance.

Also, required by CMS, is measuring patient satisfaction.  Quality Outcomes has designed surveys that meet all CMS requirements and integrates with the Performance Management program to give clients a comprehensive solution when obtaining, as well as maintaining accreditation.
